No, really, in the professional field, we naturally will support women who have achieved success, and their experiences to promote the emergence of new professionals in all sectors – in the labor market and in the public sector. The movement is planning to create a social network that will serve as a platform for women to do or to make a career in managerial positions. They will communicate with each other, and with important, leading figures in public life and business. We will have a range of courses to support and develop the personal and business potential of the Russian-speaking women in the areas of interest to them, to enable them to achieve economic independence and build their businesses.
They are mainly about Israel, not about other countries with large Russian-speaking Jewish communities?
For this kind of structure is needed in the first place the fulcrum, the foundation, which will work out various programs. Israel, of course, is the best base, since all “Russian women” community are in touch with us through the World Forum, the branches of which are located around the world.
